Do you provide in person appointments?
At this time, only virtual appointments are available.
Do you take insurance?
I am a private pay therapist and do not take insurance. I can provide you with a superbill, if your employee benefits provide reimbursement.
Do I have to reside in California to receive mental health services from you?
Yes. I can only provide mental health services if you are in California.
How does virtual mental health work?
We will have our sessions structured in the same manner as if we were in a brick and mortar office. You will be provided with a link that will connect you to our HIPPA secure confidential platform where we will be able to have our session. I ask that you are in a private secure area with limited distractions and noise in order to fully benefit from your therapy session.
